  • Always follow usage, safety, and care instructions

  • Airlux is not responsible for misuse of products

3. Orders & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated

  • Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change at any time

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order

If payment has been processed and an order is canceled, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Starter Bundles & Promotional Offers

Airlux may offer discounted starter bundles that include diffusers and fragrance oils.

  • Some promotional offers may require a minimum subscription or membership commitment

  • If canceled before the commitment period ends, Airlux may charge the difference between the discounted price and full retail value

  • All terms will be clearly disclosed at checkout

5. Subscriptions & Auto-Ship Programs

5.1 Subscription Billing

By enrolling in a subscription:

  • You authorize recurring charges to your payment method

  • Billing occurs at the selected frequency (monthly, quarterly, etc.)

  • Charges continue until canceled or paused

5.2 Managing Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be managed, paused, skipped, or canceled through your Airlux account prior to the next billing date. Changes made after renewal may apply to the following cycle.

6. Membership Programs

Airlux may offer paid memberships that provide exclusive pricing, perks, or experiences.

  • Membership fees may be billed monthly or annually

  • Membership benefits are subject to change

  • Memberships are non-transferable

  • Airlux may modify or discontinue memberships at any time

7. Oil Size & Coverage Recommendations

Oil size recommendations (such as 10–30 ml or 16 fl oz) are based on diffuser model, coverage area, and typical usage.

These are guidelines only. Actual oil usage may vary based on personal preference and environment.

8. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier

  • Airlux is not responsible for delays due to carriers or incorrect address information

9. Returns & Refunds

Our Return Policy is available on our website and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Certain items, including opened oils, used diffusers, or subscription shipments, may be non-returnable unless defective.

10. Communications & Marketing Consent

10.1 Email Communications

By creating an account, placing an order, or joining a subscription or membership, you consent to receive email communications from Airlux, including:

  • Transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, account notices, billing notifications)

  • Promotional emails (product launches, special offers, member benefits, educational content)
