Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary due to factors outside our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, or regional service disruptions.
Shipping Destinations
At this time, Airlux ships within the United States only.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders on time, Airlux is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances. If your order experiences an unusual delay, please contact us at hello@airlux.us, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Airlux is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned due to an address issue or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@airlux.us so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping Protection
If shipping protection is selected at checkout, eligible shipping issues such as loss or damage will be covered according to the protection provider’s terms.
