Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Returns

Airlux offers a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible, items must be returned unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including all accessories and inserts. Proof of purchase is required.

Customers can initiate self-serve returns or exchanges directly from their Airlux account by logging in and selecting the relevant order. Once submitted, our team will review the request and provide next steps.

Items sent back without initiating a return through your account will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@airlux.us so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or installed diffusers

  • Opened or used fragrance oils

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Sale items and gift cards

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

Exchanges

Exchanges can be initiated through your Airlux customer account. Once your return is approved, you may select an alternative product or place a new order, depending on availability.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
